Yoga Teacher Training

Loves. I am BEYOND excited to announce my next 200-level RYT Yoga Teacher Training program, starting January 2018.

After facilitating two yoga teacher training programs last year, along with completion of my own continued education in an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program, I feel more prepared than ever to offer my WHOLE HEART to the students in this program.

I truly believe that if you feel called to teach, that there’s a reason why. That somewhere, etched into the road map of your inner landscape, there is a pathway that beckons you to share what you know–and sometimes (most of the time) you don’t even know what it is that you know–or you’re not quite sure what you’re meant to share. So you take a leap in the dark and trust that you’ll figure it out along the way.Β  As a facilitator, my intention is to help you find your way–in your own way. My hope is to offer you a safe space to explore your own unique gifts and talents in a way that feels natural and authentic. I’ll offer tools, resources, and methods for exploration; you’ll offer your own interests, lessons learned, and personal inquiry. Together, we’ll help you develop trust in yourself, your path, and bring you closer to the work you’re meant to do in this world.

Schedule (subject to minor changes). So the way this works, is that we’ll meet for ONE intensive weekend per month and ONE week of early mornings. This makes it a bit easier for those with little ones at home and/or working full time jobs. Also: I know that it’s difficult to attend every.single.class. I have makeup options in place, so if you know you can’t make it to one of the sessions, don’t let it deter you. We can work it out. πŸ˜‰

200 hr. YTT 2018:

30 hours/month: 6 months: January-June 2018

Thursday: 2:30-8:30 p.m.

Friday: 2:30-8:30 p.m.

Saturday: 12:30-6:30 p.m.

Mon-Fri: 6:00-8:00 a.m.
